A passionate storyteller and strategic thinker, Timothy regularly shares his insights through videos, blogs, and keynote speeches at conferences around the country. His leadership continues to inspire organizations to lead with empathy, authenticity, and purpose.

Carrie Ann is a creative design professional with years of experience bringing ideas to life through bold visuals and thoughtful design. She studied Creative Design and has built a career helping brands stand out with work that’s both eye-catching and meaningful.
Carrie is passionate about creativity in all forms, from digital design to hands-on projects, and loves collaborating with others to turn concepts into reality. When she’s not designing, you can find her exploring new inspiration, enjoying time with loved ones, or getting lost in a good book or art project.

Brandon Creighton is a digital media professional with over 13 years of experience in social media management, web design, and community engagement. He studied Communications at the University of Northern Iowa and has been passionate about connecting people through digital platforms ever since.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys cheering on Hawkeye football and spending quality time with his family.
